Starting May 10, parents of thousands of children across the state will get in the mail an envelope marked NJ FAMILYCARE EXPRESS LANE APPLICATION FOR HEALTH INSURANCE ENCLOSED
This mailing is being sent to every household that checked a box on the New Jersey tax return that they have a child without health insurance. The envelope contains an application for free or low-cost insurance for the children in the household.
